This guide explains what you might notice after a session, and offers suggestions and ideas to help you reflect, journal and integrate after your experience.
Right After The Session
It is recommended to take at least a few minutes to just relax and integrate the experience of your session. Avoid doing work, intense exercise, or social activities right after the session. Your mind will be processing the experience, and it is nice to have some quiet time to yourself to reflect.
What You Might Notice
An increased sense of awareness, calm and peace.
Emotions, memories, thoughts and realizations surfacing - this is totally normal and to be expected.
Subtle changes in mood, habits, desires and reactions. This is a sign that your subconscious is re-aligning.
Integrating After The Session
Make sure to get a good nights sleep after the session. Dreams can carry deeper insights and realizations.
Journal reflections, realizations and insights that arise over the next few days.
Meditate - being in the hypnotic state during your session often enhances your meditation quality afterwards.
Trust that your subconscious mind integrates in the background - you can just let it process.

You can request access to the audio recording of your session - I will share it over a private, secure link.
From the link provided, you can listen to the recording and download it to your device.
Hearing the recording later often brings further, deeper realizations and learning.
