1. Use of This Website

This website and its content are intended to provide information about hypnotherapy services, resources, and booking options.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
I reserve the right to modify or withdraw website content at any time without notice.

2. Services and Scope of Practice

Hypnotherapy services offered through this website are designed to support personal growth, relaxation, and positive behavioral change.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health conditions.
If you have a medical or psychological concern, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All sessions are booked online through Acuity Scheduling and payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Session fees are listed in USD and can be paid at time of booking or up to 7 days after the session.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and payment information are accurate at the time of booking.

  • Upon successful booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details and a link for your online session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments without notice, may be charged the full session fee.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please use your booking confirmation email or contact me directly at the email above.

5. Payment Terms and Unpaid Sessions

If you choose to save your payment method and pay after your session, payment is due within seven (7) days of your appointment, unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

If payment is not received within that time frame, the card on file may be charged for the outstanding balance.
If the payment method on file is declined or remains unpaid, future bookings may be paused until the balance is settled.

Repeated missed or unpaid sessions may result in discontinuation of services.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please reach out — compassionate flexibility is always considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and session information is kept confidential in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All website materials—including text, images, audio recordings, graphics, and logos—are the intellectual property of Mike Pasek unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this website or sessions for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Personal use of brief excerpts or links is welcome with proper credit.
